The clip mechanism is known universally as "The French clip".

Production expands from just the clips to include full ornaments. Exports to the USA, Great Britain and Germany.
1972
To speed up growth, the plant is transferred from Paris-Bagnolet to Chasseneuil-du-Poitou.
1978
With the advent of plastic materials, buyout of the companies Paccaud and Guichon, which specialise in both injected and handmade hair ornaments.
The company thus has complete control over its industrial processes.
1980 to 2000
The company repositions itself as a fashion designer and inventor and wins recognition at world level.
2004
Delsol joins the FDG group. The synergy of their commercial and logistics skills drives the company’s development in supermarkets, both in France and overseas.
